Kent Place School is seeking an experienced child-centered Primary School Psychologist to join our vibrant learning community. This full-time position serves students in Junior Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 5 playing a vital role in fostering a positive inclusive and developmentally responsive school experience for all learners.Successful candidates will demonstrate:Expertise in child development social-emotional learning and behavioral interventions;Exceptional collaboration and communication skills with children families teachers and administrators;An ability to design and deliver instruction that builds student wellbeing interpersonal skills and positive behavioral habits using research-supported practices;Enthusiasm for working with young learners and a demonstrated ability to build supportive relationships that inspire students to take risks and grow as learners;A collaborative mindset and desire to contribute to a professional learning community within and beyond the Primary School.Requirements: Doctorate degree in School Psychology or Child Clinical Psychology; demonstrated cultural competency; proficiency in Google Suite expected; proficiency with learning management systems and Magnus a plus.Salary range is $115000 to $125000 and the benefits package can be viewed here.
