Come join us!About the Team:AlphaSenses Content Operations Strategy and Enablement (COSE) team is responsible for establishing the strategy and infrastructure to drive sustainable and scalable growth for our Expert Calls and Compliance Operations organizations. We work closely with client-facing and cross-functional teams to drive impact across AlphaSenses Expert Insights team is organized into the following pillars:Enablement: supports our teams to do their best work through employee training communications and knowledge managementSystems Strategy: supercharges workflow by leveraging technology and collaborating with Vendor and Product teamsStrategy & Planning: steers the organization towards growth through quarterly / annual planning account strategy performance management and operational strategy initiativesCompliance Programs: leverages systems technology and data to support compliance teams and processesBusiness Operations & Strategy: identifies and executes top-line growth and bottom-line optimization initiativesAbout the Role:As a Principal Business Operations and Strategy you will report to the Senior Director of Content Operations Strategy & Enablement and lead high-impact initiatives across the Expert Insights organization. You will own the strategic initiative roadmap identifying prioritizing and executing the projects that matter most. You will serve as a key business partner to Operations Leadership driving medium and long-term priorities and ensuring cross-functional alignment across Revenue Product Finance Enablement and Operations.Your work will span growth opportunities strategic initiatives operational improvements and new product exploration helping the organization scale efficiently while unlocking new avenues for customer and content production expansion.Who You Are:7 years of professional experience ideally in consulting corporate strategy business operations or a high-growth startupExperience operating in fast-paced ambiguous environments with a blend of strategy and executionAdvanced Excel SQL proficiencyFamiliarity with modern BI tools (Tableau Looker PBI)Ability to quantify impact and build ROI cases for initiativesSelf-directed problem solver with strong first-principles and design thinking mindsetProven ability to manage multiple projects make clear decisions and deliver results in fast-paced environmentsSkilled in process mapping and scalable system design; Lean Six Sigma experience a plusStrong communicator who influences across levels and presents effectively to executivesBrings stakeholders along efficiently creating clarity without over-indexing on consensusBalances strategic thinking with hands-on execution and a high bar for qualityIntellectually curious adaptable and collaborative; thrives in ambiguity and moves fast with precisionWhat Youll Do:Strategic InitiativesLead 1 to 3 high-impact cross-functional projects each quarterTranslate ambiguous problems into structured plans with clear success metricsAlign stakeholders across Ops Revenue Product Finance and EnablementStand up new processes or capabilities and transition them to long-term ownersGrowthIdentify and evaluate new service offerings customer segments and partnership opportunitiesAnalyze market customer and performance data to uncover growth leversBuild business cases and run pilots to test and scale new initiativesTrack growth metrics and incorporate learnings into future plansOperational ImprovementDiagnose workflow bottlenecks and design scalable efficient processesImplement operational enhancements and drive adoption across teamsLead root-cause analyses and establish repeatable reliable processesRoadmapping & PrioritizationMaintain and communicate a prioritized initiative roadmapAssess opportunities based on impact feasibility and alignment to goalsProvide regular updates and trade-off recommendations to leadershipAdjust priorities as business needs and insights evolveTotal Cash Compensation Range: $180000 - $200400 (Base: $150000 - $% Bonus).AlphaSense is an equal-opportunity employer.
