Civil Design Engineer at Penn Technical Staffing

A regional civil engineering firm located in State College PA is seeking a Civil Design Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of civil engineering experience. While not a remote position this in-person role offers flexibility for work/life balance within an informal office culture. Job Responsibilities: Develop plans to include details and specifications suitable for submittal of permit applications (post construction stormwater management erosion & sediment control land development and NPDES); Produce designs/calculations complete plans and permit applications and coordinate with reviewing agencies; Assist the project director by providing project management and engineering support throughout the proposal design permitting and construction phases for the development of athletic facilities; Perform construction administration and field observations during construction projects.
