Job Summary

The Senior Consultant is responsible for providing expert advice and solutions to clients within the organization. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills to ensure successful client satisfaction and alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice and solutions to clients to ensure high‑quality results.
  • Develop and implement consulting plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather consulting requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Monitor consulting progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on consulting status.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact consulting success.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment within the consulting team.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education
  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Preferred: Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience
  • Required: Minimum of 7 years of experience in consulting or a related field.
  • Preferred: Experience in providing expert advice and solutions to clients.
  • Preferred: Experience in Legal Technology products such as InTapp, iManage Work, NetDocuments, Krystal DMS, LogicalDoc or similar.
  • Preferred: Experience working with a Legal Services provider or in‑house within a legal environment or financial services environment or similar.

Physical Requirements

Ability to work in an office environment and perform tasks that may require sitting, standing, and using office equipment.

Compensation

The Compensation range for this role is $140,000 USD up to $170,000 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus. The exact salary will be determined based on location‑based market rate, the candidate’s abilities in relation to the job specification, performance during screening and interview, and pay parity with the wider team in the considered location.
