We are seeking a Principal Experience Designer to lead UX/UI and customer experience strategy across high-impact digital products. This role is both strategic and hands-onshaping product vision elevating design standards and mentoring the next generation of designers. Responsibilities: Drive the UX/UI and CX design strategy for key digital products within the CX Suite.Translate user needs and business priorities into intuitive high-performing digital experiences.Lead design vision standards experimentation and innovation workstreams.Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Engineering Analytics Business Product Owners) to build aligned product roadmaps.Present and evangelize UX/CX strategy with senior leaders and stakeholders.Define user needs prioritize features and set measurable experience KPIs.Oversee end-to-end design executionfrom research through delivery.Mentor junior designers and cultivate a culture of design excellence.Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations in partnership with Legal Privacy & Compliance teams.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in business design technology or related field.10 years of experience with at least 7 years in UX product design or experience design.Proven ability to lead full product lifecycle (vision roadmap execution measurement).Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional alignment skills.Experience working in agile environments.Excellent communication and influencing skills.Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive innovation.
