This is an entry-level position where you will work alongside team members and learn how to install energy efficiency measures to reduce home energy bills for residential customers.True Management LLC offers a comprehensive benefits package including:Paid Time OffHealth/Dental, Vision InsuranceSimple IRA with company matchNo prior experience is needed. We provide on-the-job training where you will learn how to:Install energy savings measures including attic insulation (batts and blown), caulking, lightbulbs, showerheads, baseboards, thermostats, and electric water heatersPerform minor repairs to include windows and doorsAssist with loading and unloading work trucksAssist with keeping the job site organized and safeAssist with job site set up and tear downPhysical requirements:Able to work under different weather conditions including extreme hot and cold weatherSit, stand, or walk for extended periodsCrawl, climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or reach often working in crawl spaces and under mobile homes for part of the workdayUse repetitive hand motions & use of basic hand and power toolsUse of a ladder at various heights (up to 3 stories)Lift, carry, or push up to 50 pounds as needed Every applicant must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening, driving record check, and state and federal background checks. Spanish Speaking is a plus.
