This role collaborates across Global & Geo Business Planning Finance Planning DSM Strategy Tax Treasury and Investor Relations with high exposure to senior leadershipbuilding alignment and driving decisions that define Nikes future.WHO WE ARE LOOKING FORNike is seeking a Finance Principal Long Range Planning with exceptional analytical skills and a talent for storytelling. This role demands sharp analytical skills bold thinking and the ability to influence at the highest level. Youll navigate ambiguity manage competing priorities and deliver insights that matterall while collaborating across a global network of teams. Success in this role requires critical thinking adaptability and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while inspiring confidence through clear compelling communication.Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education experience and training. MBA or advanced degree highly preferred.8 years of experience in finance investment banking or related fields with expertise in financial analysis planning and budgeting/forecasting.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience creating integrated financial presentations for executive audiences.Exceptional ability to translate data into insights and visual storytelling for senior leadership.Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to influence and negotiate across functions.WHAT YOULL WORK ONYou will shape Nikes long-term financial strategy shaping strategy driving alignment and delivering insights that guide critical decisions.
