WHO YOULL WORK WITHThe Principal Enterprise Business Planning (EBP) Operations Global is part of the centralized Global EBP Operations team reporting to the Senior Director Global EBP Operations. This role partners with Geo and Global teams collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders including Finance Planning Merchandising Business Integration and others to drive planning excellence operational consistency and global adoption of EBP.WHO WE ARE LOOKING FORWe seek a strategic collaborative leader with deep experience in enterprise business planning process management and cross-functional facilitation. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced matrixed environment demonstrates strong analytical and executive-level communication skills and is passionate about driving operational excellence and business results.Open to work in Beaverton Oregon8 years experience in business/enterprise planning operations or related fieldProven ability to lead and influence across functions and geographiesExperience with forecasting process improvement and performance managementExecutive-level communication skills with experience engaging VP-level and aboveBachelors degree in Business Supply Chain or related discipline (Masters preferred).
