WHO YOULL WORK WITHThe Principal Global Sport Enterprise Business Planning (EBP) is part of the centralized Global EBP Operations team reporting to the Senior Director of Global EBP Operations. This role partners closely with Brand teams collaborating with sport leads franchise management and cross-functional stakeholders to drive planning excellence and operational consistency.WHO WE ARE LOOKING FORWe seek a strategic collaborative leader with deep experience in business planning process management and cross-functional facilitation. The ideal candidate is a self-starter and thrives in a fast-paced matrixed environment demonstrates strong analytical and executive level communication skills and is passionate about driving operational excellence and business results.Open to work in Beaverton Oregon8 years experience in business/enterprise planning operations or related fieldProven ability to lead and influence across functions and geographiesExperience with forecasting process improvement and performance managementStrong facilitation and stakeholder management skillsBachelors degree in business supply chain or related discipline (Masters degree preferred)WHAT YOULL WORK ONYou will lead the rhythm of the game for your assigned sport clusters owning programming cadence facilitating weekly Sport Integrated Business Review sessions and ensuring transparency and swift action on plans and ownership. Youll shepherd a consistent monthly forecast and seasonal process drive reconciliation to targets and coordinate key code and fiscal moments through the lens of sport.
