This includes managing administrative tasks coordinating resources tracking project progress maintaining documentation and assisting with reporting and compliance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented organized and has a foundational understanding of cloud technologies and service delivery models.Key Responsibilities:Practice Operations SupportAssist in scheduling and coordinating meetings training sessions and workshops.Maintain and update cloud practice documentation templates and knowledge base.Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and utilization metrics.Resource CoordinationSupport onboarding and offboarding of cloud team members.Maintain resource allocation and availability records.Coordinate with HR and finance for staffing and billing matters.Project and Portfolio ManagementMonitor project timelines milestones and deliverables.Assist in preparing status reports and dashboards for leadership.Ensure compliance with internal processes and client requirements.Financial and Contractual SupportHelp manage budgets forecasts and expense tracking.Support contract administration and renewals.Liaise with procurement and legal teams as needed.Tool and Platform AdministrationMaintain access and permissions for cloud platforms and collaboration tools.Support license management and usage tracking.Assist with audits and security reviews.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or related field.5 years of experience in administrative or coordination roles preferably in IT or cloud services.Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud) is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite project management tools (e.g. Jira Asana) and collaboration platforms (e.g. Teams SharePoint).Strong organizational communication and multitasking skills.Preferred Skills:Experience with ITIL or other service management frameworks.Understanding of cloud service models (IaaS PaaS SaaS).Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Salary Range:$137400 - 233600 USDSalary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
