St. Sebastian School in Akron, Ohio is accepting applications for the position of principal (Pre K-8).

- PK-8, 349 Students plus 51 Pre-School
- Weekly Mass participation for students K-8 and daily religion class
- 2023 U.S. Department of Education National Blue Ribbon School
- Governor Thomas Edison Award for STEM Education (7 yrs in a row)
- Diocese of Cleveland Christ the Teacher Award (Academic Excellence/Academic Growth) (2 yrs in a row)
- STEM and innovation focus include a state-of-the-art Science Lab, Technology Learning Lab, and Innovation Lab.
- Enrichment program, Minds in Motion (grades 1-8)
Salary: $65,000-$80,000

Qualifications- Ohio Principal's certification/licensure
- Prior principal experience preferred
- Master's degree in education preferred
- Strong Catholic Identity preferred
- Experience in integrating technology into the curriculum
- Strong interpersonal relationship-building skills
- Visionary who can lead the development of an excellent teaching and learning environment
- Spirit of cooperative innovation with other parish leadership
- Exceptional manager of resources
- Outstanding community-building experience
