About this role: Primarily responsible for providing ad hoc and recurring reports in support of the Global Quality Field Action (FA) process (i.e. recalls/removals safety alerts customer notifications field corrections). Directly collaborates with divisional partners while providing product traceability and FA expertise to Divisions FA Team and Regional FA Coordinators. Additionally this candidate will be expected to recommend/implement process improvements to gain efficiency and compliance.At Boston Scientific we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week.Relocation assistance is not available for this position at this time.Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position at this time.Your responsibilities will include:Executes recurring and ad hoc reporting for PIRs and FAs (i.e. internal and external customers). Requires knowledge of BSC divisions database entities data access methodology Microsoft Office Applications and business specific applications such as FARS and SAP.Performs data quality analysis and analyzes results. Proposes and may lead system and/or business process changes data corrections etc. Provides training direction and guidance to peers and other analysts according to established policies and management guidance.Support FA team to assist with planning communication and execution strategy of the FA.Support execution of approved FA plan.
