Find your future at RevvityJob Summary & Responsibilities: Plan and manage a production schedule for designated manufacturing areas. Daily tasks include the following:Utilize SAP and SAP/APO to develop near term and long term production plans Utilize SAP/APO to maintain forecast performanceUtilize SAP and SAP/APO to maintain proper stock levels in both local and international distribution sitesWork with manufacturing to maintain parity between costing and BOM/Routing changesDevelop initiatives to improve inventory scrap and margin performance Work with Product Management to align build schedule with forecast and schedule new product introductionsInteract with the sales team to expedite and capitalize on fast moving opportunitiesCommunicate with both domestic and international Customer Service groups to provide timely stocking updates and resolve order specific issues In addition to a firm understanding of fundamental planning concepts the position requires strong analytical and computer skills including the ability to analyze data and structure reportsAdditional Responsibilities: Leads CI ProjectsMentors / Trains in current or new processes where requiredMay require some travel to other sitesCross training into other areas of planning/procurementNothing in this job description restricts managements right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities of this job at any time.Basic Qualifications: Bachelors Degree and 8 years of production planning experience in a manufacturing environmentORAssociate Degree and 10 years of production planning experience in a manufacturing environmentORHigh school diploma or GED and 12 years of production planning experience in a manufacturing environmentPreferred Qualifications:APICS certification or courses5 years of experience in a life sciences environment preferred.Ability to read analyze and interpret data from ERP system or other data systems.Ability to effectively present information and respond to inquiries from management suppliers customers and the general operations group.Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where limited standardization may exist.Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written oral diagram or schedule form.Highly effective time management skillsCommitment to customer excellence with demonstrated ethics and integrity Ability to operate independently and as part of a teamUnderstanding of site financials and the impact of planning and procurement on the site P and LHighly skilled in current ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)Highly skilled in the use of excel creating Pivot tables graphs for data analysis Highly skilled in the use WordHighly skilled in the creation and presentation of PowerPointAccess knowledgeGreenbelt certifiedCompensation range:The base salary range for this full-time position is $98500.00 - $120000.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this position. The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account internal equity work location and additional factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.Please note that base pay is only one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This range allows for the successful candidate to have an opportunity to progress within the position and develop at our company.
