This position is on our Public Works Service line and works closely with a wide variety of Wisconsin municipal clients as a project manager for civil engineering projects. Projects may range from roads utilites water/sewer site development wastewater and more.Flexible working arrangements are available for this position and it also is Flex Time eligible. Why MSAInnovation and Impact: Work with cutting-edge technology and make a real impact on the built environment.Collaborative Culture: Be part of a supportive team where your contributions are valued and your growth is nurtured.Employee-Owned: Benefit from our 100% employee-owned ESOP program and share in the success you help create.Diverse Projects: Every day is different with a wide range of projects that challenge and inspire.ResponsibilitiesYour mission:Client relations including attendance at client meetings and interaction with existing and new clientsProject management including project planning scoping budgeting and QA/QCDesign of public works infrastructure projectsAssist with mentoring junior engineering staffPreparation of plans details specifications and bidding documentsPreparation of technical reports and regulatory permits for projectsAdministration of construction on public works infrastructure projectsQualificationsWHAT YOU BRINGBachelors degree in Civil Engineering (or related) required10 years of prior experience within the Public Works market serving multiple clients requiredPE license strongly preferredExperience in managing multiple projects and client needs requiredExtensive knowledge of regulations and requirements within Illinois preferredExperience with funding and grants available to municipalities preferredThe selected candidate must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future. We are unable to provide or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this role.The salary for this position ranges from $99000 to $159000 per year commensurate with experience.
