This role will focus on delivering high-quality ABAP development across bothECCandS/4HANAenvironments. The developer will play a key role in supporting theOrder to Cash (OTC)andProcure to Pay (P2P)functional areas ensuring robust and scalable solutions.When we transition to S/4HANA this position will serve as atechnical lead guiding the migration strategy and helping todisposition the ECC codebasefor a smooth and efficient move to the new platform. The ideal candidate will bring deep ABAP expertise strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset to drive innovation and maintain system integrity during this critical transformation.HOWYOULLMAKE A DIFFERENCEDevelop and maintain ABAP programs in SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.Support Order to Cash (OTC) and Procure to Pay (P2P) functional areas with robust technical solutions.Lead technical efforts during the S/4HANA migration including disposition of ECC codebase.Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable ABAP solutions.Ensure quality through code reviews performance tuning and best practices.Mentor and guide offshore development teams providing training and technical leadership.Participate in all phases of SAP implementations from design to deployment.YOU AREStrong leadership and team management capabilities.Ability to mentor and train offshore teams effectively.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Clear and proactive communication across technical and business teams.Adaptability to work in a fast-paced global environment.Collaborative mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.YOUHAVEDeep expertise in ABAP development for SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.Experience with S/4HANA backend development.Extensive experience with IDoc processing especially inbound sales orders.Proven ability to implement multi-echelon inventory concepts in code.Minimum 10 years of SAP ECC Supply Chain experience and participation in 6 SAP implementations.Familiarity with AFS industry solution and performance optimization techniques.#LI-JD1This job description is not meant to be an all-inclusive list of duties and responsibilities but constitutes a general definition of the positions scope and function in the company.Columbia Sportswear Company is an equal opportunity employer.
