This may entail collectively defining the art of possible.Lead and influence people and projectsParticipate in product release cycles deploying code to integration staging and production environments integrating with CI/CD toolingHelp mentor and learn from other engineers in a highly-collaborative team environment as well as participate in peer code reviewsParticipate in the teams Agile scrum process demos and check-ins with Product Management and other stakeholders to align on use-cases and plan new initiativesHelp guide and execute on our UI modernization strategyWhat you will bring:Java Script React TypeScript CSS HTML PlaywrightREST APIs (using an OpenAPI spec)Knowledge of and working experience with AI technologiesExperience or familiarity with the Ansible Automation Platform would be idealWorking knowledge of Agile methodologiesAbility to lead influence and inspireExperience delivering enterprise level applications and/or solutionsSignificant experience with Python Django and Django REST FrameworkExperience with Python unit and integration testing with tools such as pytestExperience with LinuxExperience with SQL and relational databases such as PostgreSQLExperience with utilizing container management platforms and development environments like Kubernetes OpenShift and Docker/Docker ComposeExperience with CI/CD systems like Jenkins and GitHub ActionsTeam leadership experienceExperience working on and even leading large-scale projects (open-source experience is a plus)Demonstrated ability to quickly and accurately troubleshoot system and performance issuesGood communications skills and experience working directly with and presenting to stakeholdersAn aptitude for jumping in to help unblock mentor and learn from othersThe salary range for this position is $148540.00 - $245050.00. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.Pay TransparencyRed Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location experience applicable skills and training external market value and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hats compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus commission and/or equity.
