This position reports to the Sr. Finance Manager and works collaboratively with the Scheduling SME Program Manager finance contracts and technical leads to develop maintain and evaluate performance against the Program Measurement Baseline (PMB). During the program execution phase the Program Planner is the focal point for changes and updates to the IMS.The successful candidate must be able to identify and recommend insightful mitigation plans to ensure that the IMS is used by program teams as a predictive model and as a valued management tool. This position requires a highly analytical data driven results oriented team member that proactively seeks out data engages stakeholders and facilitates closure of commitments. The applicant will be responsible for ensuring compliance with governmental and customer requirements.This position will be based at and will support programs in Largo FL. This position may support hybrid work yet the selected candidate will be required to reside within a commuting distance to our Largo Facility. Relocation package will not be provided.What You Will Do:Creation and maintenance of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) or equivalent that are compliant with governmental and corporate requirements and which demonstrate the necessary cost and schedule integration.Assist in planning and cost estimating tasks perform analyses and prepare reports to ensure that programs meet or exceed schedule commitments. This includes internal weekly and monthly program schedule review packages and compliant external Contractual Data Requirements List submittalsParticipate in the preparation of schedules for all contract work and perform critical path analysis schedule risk analysis variance analysis and other forms of in-depth and actionable schedule related analysis.Incorporate contractual and programmatic changes into the IMS in order to maintain realistic current contract schedule baselines.Creation and maintenance of parts procurement schedules for Spares and Repairs efforts.Analysis of schedule identification of anomalies and variances and reporting to program management.Interface with program management (PM) operations program management (OPM) and material program management (MPM) as well as the control account managers.Qualifications You Must Have:Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Accounting Finance Program Management or Program Planning & SchedulingTypically requires:Bachelors degree and 5 years of prior relevant experience ORAdvanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experienceMinimum 3 years of scheduling experience in an engineering/manufacturing environment (preferably aerospace)Minimum 3 years of professional experience using software designed for creating and maintaining industry related schedules. (MS Project - Preferred Primavera OpenPlan or similar scheduling software)Minimum 5 years of personal or professional experience using MS Office suite products (MS Word Excel PowerPoint etc.)The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
