Job Description SummaryJob DescriptionJob Description SummaryResponsible for being the IT manufacturing site leader and owning the Controls IT Supply Chain delivery of programs. Accountable for planning forecasting and working across matrixed teams for the end-to-end lifecycle of features and/or projects. Positively impacts the teams ability to achieve service quality and timeliness of objectives. High levels of operational judgment are to achieve outcomes required. Provides ongoing process feature and solution guidance input and direction to product and platform teams. Collaborates with all levels of the business to align IT objectives to Controls KPIs.Work with site IT Leaders to simplify standard work for the team. Develop/deploy tools and redefine/streamline processes used by Site IT Leaders to save time and costs.Be point of contact for Site operations team with other IT teams. Work with other teams to communicate road maps outage plans pain points etc.Lead global projects that impact multiple sites and be the voice of site operations on large programs that impact multiple sites.Communicate global initiatives to business leaders.Lead application simplification across sites may include application ownership replacement and consolidation of applications and assisting in deployment of applications at sites.Essential ResponsibilitiesIn this role you will:Collaborate with business and functional partners and technology leadership in defining and specifying requirements using lean principles & practicesDrive technology discussion and strategy in line with business needs and company reference architectureOutline multi-generational program strategy aligned to deliver on the expected outcomesDefine agile program management methodologies and practices to be followed by all projects within the programOrganize project teams comprising from internal and external technical and functional expertsManage program execution of multiple interdependent projects by working directly with global technical teamsManage procurement and onboarding processSupport execution team with resolution of roadblocks and interdependenciesPartner with technical and functional teams external to the program to ensure their tasks are completed as Manage program risks scope changes and other non-standard eventsManage stakeholder communications and change acceleration processEnsure quality of deliverables is verified and matching stakeholder expectationsAdapt roadmap based on continuous feedback and kaizen outcomesResponsible for coordinating multiple interdependent requests and delivery of features. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110% 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
