DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to own both feature capacity support pre-sales project management and AI Infra support process for acquiring/growing our most strategic Cloud Native and AI Infra accounts in the region. Within this role you will partner closely with business stakeholders to drive daily customer success deliver value and foster long-term growth. You will be responsible for leading cross-team collaborations on features and capacity planning that impact both product and business. Think working with cross functional teams across large organizations moving folks towards a unified goal and north star. You drive results not just possess high judgement and are a roll your sleeve up person with a bias for action. You possess strong ownership and a strong ability to collaborate.ResponsibilitiesJob Description:Supporting OCIs strategic customers growth in APAC region. Serve as the primary point of contact for business teams feature and capacity asks within OCI.Take ownership of pre-sales project management from initiation to completion including pulling in the right teams setting plans and tracking progress leadership reporting and escalations coordinating cross team support on features and capacities needs.Manage the development and implementation process of post sales support for AI Infra strategic accounts in APAC region. Working closely with customer AI Infra engineers and OCI TPMs and service teams to address customer issues in a prompt and sustainable way.Escalate issues as needed ensuring the customer satisfaction and account health.Qualifications:Bachelors Degree AND 8 years experience in product and program management roles driving cross-team collaborations and high-impact projets.Customer centric and business driven. Eager to help business teams win from competition. 3 years experience in customer facing program management or technical account manager roles.Knowledge of Data Center GPU architecture and operations. Familiarity and knowledge of AI workloads and SW stack.Technology capabilities that enables you to understand the complexities of cloud architecture.You possess and exemplify maturity judgment negotiation/influence skills analytical skills and leadership skills.You display a demonstrated ability to think broadly and strategically.
