Candidates who receive an offer will be required to successfully complete a background check and drug test as a condition of employment.Print Mgmt First Responder.MS OpsTorrington, CT (onsite)3+Month Contract The Print Management First Responder provides daily support for network and workstation printers at a hospital site.This role includes assessing printer breaks, troubleshooting issues, clearing paper jams, delivering toner, documenting all service activity, and supporting new printer installations.The position focuses on customer service, timely problem resolution, and maintaining required inventory and reporting.Responsibilities Provide daily support for network and workstation printers. Assess printer breaks and perform basic repairs. Troubleshoot paper jams, error messages, and connectivity issues. Respond to customer requests and communicate status updates. Document all service calls, troubleshooting steps, and meter reads. Escalate unresolved issues to technical staff as needed. Provide end-user guidance and remote access support. Maintain on-site parts, consumables, and hot-swap inventory. Support printer procurement and installation. Maintain printer fleet tools and databases. Provide regular updates on fleet performance to management. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional education preferred. IT Help Desk or hardware/application support experience. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs for equipment installations. Strong customer service and communication skills. Good PC skills and basic math ability. Ability to use logic and reasoning to solve problems. Ability to work on-site at 540 Litchfield Ave, Torrington, CT 06790; parking provided. Business-casual dress code. Flu shot required; no COVID-19 vaccine requirement. No driving required.
