Daily Tasks & ResponsibilitiesReview printed materials to ensure accuracy and quality standards are metPerform finishing work, including folding, cutting, gluing, spiraling, and bindingOperate and support bindery and finishing equipment as assignedPackage, label, and prepare completed materials for shipment or deliveryCollaborate with press operators and production staff to maintain workflow efficiencyInspect finished products to ensure they meet customer specificationsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standardsParticipate in ongoing training and adapt to new procedures as needed Qualifications & RequirementsHigh school diploma or comparable work experienceEntry-level manufacturing experience with printed materials preferredPrior exposure to bindery or finishing equipment is a plus, including cutters, folders, drill presses, comb openers, electric punches, padders, or tape bindersAbility to meet deadlines and understand production time requirementsStrong teamwork, communication, and customer service skillsProfessional attitude, appearance, and reliabilityAbility to lift and move up to 80 poundsComfortable with frequent standing, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift Take the Next StepIf you're ready to roll up your sleeves, learn valuable production skills, and play a key role in delivering high-quality printed materials, this opportunity is for you.
