Developmental Disabilities Nurse - LPN (Part Time: 1st shift 7a-7p) Open Days are Sundays Wednesdays and SaturdayMonroe OHLPN: $28-$29/hrAt ViaQuest Residential Services we provide quality support and services to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes. Apply today and make a difference in the lives of the individuals we serve!Responsibilities may include: Performing duties as outlined in the plan of caresuch asMedication Administration Personal Care Light Housekeeping and day to day support. 2:2 Ratio of individuals through a consistent caseload. Effectively communicating updates and changes to patients status to the supervising RN. Maintaining a safe patient environment. Providing emotional and social support and compassionate care to patients. Maintaining current patient records and progress notes. Working as a member of the interdisciplinary team. Developing and establishing a plan of care with physician.Requirements for this position include: Minimum of an associates degree or equivalent in Nursing from an accredited nursing program. LPN license. Nursing experience preferably within Private Duty Nursing Home Health or Disability Services specialty is a plus but not required Valid drivers license car insurance and reliable transportation.What ViaQuest can offer you: Comprehensive paid training.
