We specialize in addressing complex issues such as traumatic stress family dynamics relationship challenges and mental health concerns all with a focus on family-centered healing.ResponsibilitiesAM/PM:Walking clients through their day-to-day activities.Collaborate with therapists to implement interventions aligned with each clients treatment plan.Overnight:Ensure the emotional and physical safety of adolescent clients through attentive overnight supervisionAll Shifts:Respond proactively to emotional and behavioral escalations providing early intervention and support during crisesMaintain accurate timely and comprehensive documentation of client behaviors incidents and interventionsPerform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and orderly living space (e.g. sweeping dishes tidying common areas)Model positive behavior and reinforce a respectful encouraging atmosphere aligned with treatment goalsBuild rapport with clients while maintaining clear professional boundaries and ethical standardsEmbark is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
