With five hospital campuses and a network of over 1,300 providers, NGHS is committed to delivering exceptional care through:Clinical excellence across a comprehensive range of specialtiesInnovative technology and forward-thinking approaches to patient careA collaborative culture that empowers physicians and providersA mission-driven focus that prioritizes patients and strengthens communitiesWe are committed to improving the health of our community in all we do!Practice Overview:Dominant cardiovascular market share leader in our 19+ county service areaMore than a dozen locations throughout Northeast GeorgiaCardiology program consists of more than 100 Cardiologists and Advanced Practice ProvidersTeam performs more than 5,000 cardiac procedures and over 125,000 cardiology consults each year.Perform interventional procedures such as angioplasty, stent placement, atherectomy, and other catheter-based treatments.Participate in on-call rotations for emergency cardiac interventions.Overnight skilled advanced practitioner support available to take first calls and assist with admissions and consults.Busy structural program performing aortic, mitral and tricuspid interventions.First hospital in Georgia to receive Emergency Cardiac Care Center (ECCC) designationWell-experienced clinical support staffOpportunities to participate in research and teaching residents and cardiac fellows availableEMR Platform EPICWorking together with physicians like you:MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.Completion of Cardiology Fellowship and Interventional Cardiology Fellowship.Board Certified in Cardiology and Board Certified/Board Eligible in Interventional CardiologyStrong technical skills in interventional procedures and patient management.Experience with complex coronary interventions and peripheral vascular procedures.
