Flexibility is key as shifts may include both days and nights depending on staffing needs.Responsibilities of a Direct Support Professional (DSP):To assist people who need support to lead a safe self-directed life and to participate fully in their communities. Aid in assisting with activities of daily living if needed and encourage attitudes and behaviors that enhance community inclusion.
