Job Description: You will play a vital role in delivering quality patient care and assisting with daily medical needs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed

• Monitoring patient health and reporting changes to the healthcare team

• Assisting with patient assessments and care plans

• Providing emotional support and education to patients and families

• Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation

• Collaborating with physicians, RNs, and other healthcare professionals

Qualifications:

• Valid LPN or RNlicense in NJ

• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
