Estate Planning Probate & Corporate Paralegal A respected Newport Beach law firm is seeking an experienced Estate Planning Probate & Corporate Paralegal to join our Transactional Practice Group. This is a full-time in-office position offering the opportunity to work on meaningful client matters in a collaborative and professional environment. About the Role: The ideal candidate will support attorneys across a diverse range of transactional and probate matters. Responsibilities include: Preparing estate planning documents Drafting probate filings including petitions inventories accountings and real estate recordings Managing filings and maintenance for corporations and limited liability companies Communicating professionally with clients court personnel and supervising attorneys A strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is essential. Candidates must demonstrate exceptional attention to detail strong writing skills and the ability to work independently while remaining an integral part of a team. We are seeking 3 5 years of relevant experience.
