Job DescriptionWe are seeking a compassionate Therapist to join our Sex Offender Treatment Team, providing high-quality outpatient services to diverse adult clients. Conduct sex offender-specific evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans.Deliver individual and group counseling, including support for PTSD, gender issues, and geriatrics.Support clients on federal probation, ensuring a safe therapeutic environment.Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA and legal standards.Collaborate with healthcare professionals and participate in research to improve practices.Stay updated on current trends in sex offender mental health care.Requirements: Master's degree, NM Counseling and Therapy License, experience preferred, proficiency in assessment, confidentiality, and effective communication. Details: Part-time/contract, $30-$50/hour, benefits include health insurance, paid time off, flexible schedule, and professional development. Located in Santa Fe, NM, day shift, in-person work.
