Run what runs the world.This Position reports to:Manufacturing Process/Continuous ImproveIn this role you will be contributing to the Process Automation Measurement & Analytics division and will have the opportunity to perform various duties to support production process utilizing continuous improvement processes.The work model for the role is onsite in Bartlesville OK. #LI-OnsiteYou will be mainly accountable for:Support the development and optimization of production processes to meet cost quality and safety targets.Define process sequences for new production lines and assist in equipment selection.Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to projects that enhance productivity and reduce costs.Collaborate with production teams during equipment start-up and provide technical support.Evaluate new technologies and participate in testing activities to drive innovation.Our team dynamicsYou will join a talented high performing team where you will be able to thrive.Qualifications for the role:Bachelors degree in Manufacturing Mechanical Engineering Industrial EngineeringPrevious internship or co-op experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting preferred.Familiarity with manufacturing processes equipment or lean principles (coursework or internship experience is a plus).Commitment to safety integrity and continuous learning.Up to 5% domestic travel may be requiredWe are unable to sponsor an employment visa at this time for this role.
