Key Responsibilities Optimize existing manufacturing processes for efficiency quality and cost reduction. Identify analyze and troubleshoot process issues implementing effective corrective actions. Design develop and implement new manufacturing processes equipment and production layouts. Develop and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation. Analyze process data and metrics to monitor performance identify trends and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvements new product introductions and capacity planning. Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with safety environmental and quality regulations (e.g. ISO GMP). Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemical Mechanical Industrial Engineering or a related technical field. 2 years of experience in process engineering optimization and troubleshooting within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in process control systems (DCS PLC) and statistical process control (SPC) for data analysis. Demonstrated ability to apply continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma Root Cause Analysis). Strong understanding of P&IDs PFDs and equipment design/selection principles.
