Job Title: Process EngineerLocation: Branchburg NJExperience: 6 yearsJob Type: Full-TimeJob Description:Scope & Responsibilities:Support MOCVD process manufacturing and engineering activities on multi-wafer production reactors for high-voltage devices.Develop MOCVD recipes based on device structures and designs.Troubleshoot MOCVD material growth issues.Monitor and improve equipment performance metrics and productivity.Ensure all epitaxial materials meet SPC (Statistical Process Control) requirements.Support and document production action plans and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).Contribute to yield and uptime improvement activities for ongoing epitaxial wafer production.Collaborate closely with device and foundry engineering teams to develop next-generation high-voltage FETs for advanced power applications.Provide support for reactor maintenance activities as needed.Work in a cleanroom environment and adhere to good manufacturing practices (GMP).Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in MOCVD manufacturing of III-V nitride materials.Masters degree in Materials Science or a related field required; Ph.D. preferred.Availability for split-week coverage including partial weekend shifts.Experience with GaN material growth and familiarity with Veeco MOCVD tools preferred.
