Process Engineer - Dupont Shift at US Tech Solutions, Inc.

Duration: 04-month contract with Extension Work schedule: 2-3-2 Rotating 12 Hour Work Schedule (Day: 6 A to 6 P / Night: 6P to 6A) (2 Days On, 2 Days Off, 3 Days On, 2 Days Off, 2 Days On, 3 Days Off (swing to days/mids 28 day (4-week cycle) 42 hours per week 2 hours OT/week Job Description: Responsible for providing hands-on support for identifying and implementing process improvements, variability reduction, defect reduction, process control, throughput improvements and 6-Sigma initiatives. Collect key process data and support the execution of experiments at the direction of the plant process engineers. Analyze data sets to identify relationships/capabilities for line performance Support the development of standard work documentation to include SOPs, SOS, Job Aids and Training Documentation. Supports problem-solving in manufacturing, including root cause identification and resolution. Ensures safe work practices. Minimum Experience: 2+ years required, 5+ preferred in a manufacturing environment Required skills/experiences: Experienced WITH and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment providing hands-on technical support. Willingness to work shifts Technical curiosity with the ability to learn quickly Capable of multitasking Must be a self-starter, able to work in team environment.
