Ecolab is seeking to hire a Process Engineer I to join their team in our Greensboro PlantWhats in it For You:Thrive in a company that values a culture of safety to include top-notch safety training and personal protection equipmentComprehensive benefits package starting day 1 of employment- medical dental vision matching 401k company paid pension stock purchase plan tuition reimbursement and more!What You Will Do:Apply engineering skills and experience to improve safety quality delivery and cost by planning and executing engineering projects while meeting project cost and schedule objectivesSupport efforts to identify areas within the operations function where safety quality delivery and cost may be improvedSupport feasibility studies determine manpower and cost estimates andDevelop engineering criteria to plan projects and drive smaller projects from approval and execution to recognize objectivesWork with others to ensure projects conform to local regional national and corporate safety environmental and other applicable standardsSupport technical efforts to develop and integrate manufacturing processes for new and significantly revised productsMinimum Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Chemical Mechanical or Electrical Engineering2 years of experience in a chemical food or related manufacturing environmentKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma methodologiesNo immigration sponsorship available for this positionPreferred Qualifications:5 years of experience in a chemical food or related manufacturing environmentMasters Degree in an Engineering disciplineWorld Class manufacturing and TPM experienceAnnual or Hourly Compensation RangeThe pay range for this position is $72700.00 - $109100.00.
