Key Responsibilities Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment and machinery. Diagnose mechanical issues and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime. Install calibrate and test new manufacturing machinery and systems. Execute repairs and overhauls of complex mechanical components and drive systems. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures including LOTO during maintenance and repair activities. Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete necessary documentation for repairs and parts used. Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities for machine reliability and performance. Recommended Qualifications Proven ability to diagnose repair and maintain industrial machinery and mechanical systems (e.g. hydraulics pneumatics power transmission). Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Experience with preventative and corrective maintenance programs in a manufacturing environment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints schematics and technical manuals. Commitment to safety protocols and Lockout/Tagout procedures.
