Key Responsibilities Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency cost reduction and quality improvement. Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues to minimize downtime and ensure production continuity. Conduct data analysis to identify trends root causes of problems and opportunities for improvement. Develop and implement process control strategies and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Design develop and scale up new manufacturing processes and technologies. Support equipment selection installation and commissioning activities. Ensure processes comply with safety environmental and quality regulations. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemical Mechanical or Industrial Engineering. 3 years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment. Proven experience with process optimization methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma). Proficiency in process simulation software CAD and data analysis tools. Strong understanding of manufacturing safety standards and quality management systems. Bonus Qualifications Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g. Minitab JMP) or programming languages (e.g. R Python). Experience with advanced process simulation tools (e.g. Aspen HYSYS Arena). Certification in Project Management (PMP) or a higher Lean Six Sigma belt (e.g. Master Black Belt). Familiarity with industrial automation SCADA systems or IoT applications.
