Supporting the world's bravest.Job ResponsibilitiesProvide direct engineering support to manufacturing operations. Perform design, fabrication, modification and/or evaluation of manufacturing operations. May prepare plans, conduct support studies, and provide analysis or tests in the development of manufacturing operations. May assign work to drafters and/or technicians.Responsibilities are moderate in scope where analysis of situations or data involves a variety of common factorsOnly general guidance is needed on routine work; instructions on new assignments as neededSupport, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organizationInvolved with the design, development, modification and analysis of products. Troubleshoot and diagnoses problems with existing products and makes modifications and improvements as needed. Compile and evaluate product design and test data. Evaluate and recommend design approaches to meet production requirements for new or improved products. Working knowledge of statistical techniques in development such as Design of Experiments and SPC.QualificationsBachelor's degree in an engineering field2-5 years process and/or semiconductor engineering experienceSpecialties may include manufacturing, production, industrial, welding, tooling, testing, processing, software, and roboticsU.S. Citizenship required.
