Key Responsibilities Optimize existing manufacturing processes for efficiency quality and cost reduction. Design develop and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment. Troubleshoot production issues identify root causes and implement corrective actions. Develop and maintain process documentation including SOPs PFDs and work instructions. Analyze process data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Lead continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new processes and resolve production challenges. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemical Mechanical or Industrial Engineering. 2-5 years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment. Proven ability in process optimization troubleshooting and root cause analysis. Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma and Statistical Process Control (SPC). Proficiency in interpreting P&IDs process flow diagrams and equipment specifications. Experience with manufacturing safety standards and quality systems (e.g. ISO GMP).
