Key Responsibilities Optimize and improve existing manufacturing processes for efficiency cost and quality. Design develop and implement new production processes and equipment. Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and implement corrective actions. Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation including SOPs and work instructions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new processes and resolve production issues. Monitor key process parameters and performance metrics using statistical tools. Lead and support continuous improvement projects (e.g. Lean Six Sigma). Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemical Mechanical Industrial Engineering or a related technical field. Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a process engineering role within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in process optimization methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma SPC) and continuous improvement tools. Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis troubleshoot complex process issues and implement sustainable solutions. Experience with process modeling software data analysis tools or automation systems relevant to manufacturing operations.
