Key Responsibilities Optimize existing manufacturing processes for efficiency cost reduction and quality improvement. Design develop and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment. Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions to resolve production problems. Monitor key process performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to identify areas for improvement. Ensure processes comply with safety environmental and quality standards (e.g. ISO GMP). Develop and maintain process documentation including P&IDs work instructions and SOPs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production maintenance R&D) to support manufacturing operations. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemical Mechanical or Industrial Engineering. 2 years of experience in a process engineering role within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma). Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex process issues and implement effective solutions. Experience with data analysis tools and process simulation software. Bonus Qualifications Experience with advanced process simulation software (e.g. Aspen HYSYS Arena). Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Proficiency in PLC programming and/or SCADA system configuration. Demonstrated experience with Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g. IoT AI/ML for process optimization).
