Key Responsibilities Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency reduce costs and enhance product quality. Develop implement and validate new or modified production processes and equipment. Analyze process data and performance metrics to identify trends root causes of issues and areas for improvement. Troubleshoot complex process problems implement corrective actions and provide technical support to production. Create and maintain detailed process documentation including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process flow diagrams. Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemical Mechanical Industrial or a related engineering discipline. 2 years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including data analysis and root cause analysis. Proficiency with process simulation software CAD or manufacturing execution systems (MES). Solid understanding of manufacturing quality systems and safety regulations.
