Process Engineer at Re Focus LLC

Position Overview This contingent resource will provide process engineering support to facilitate discovery sessions and redesign future-state processes for internal RIA Solutions initiatives. The engineer will support the development of process maps evaluate current workflows recommend improvements and collaborate closely with Wells Fargo personnel across Process Engineering teams. Experience with iGrafx is a strong plus. A solid understanding of process mapping standards and business process methodologies is required. Key Responsibilities Participate in or consult on moderately complex initiatives within the Process Engineering group. Assist with process discovery sessions to identify gaps redundancies and improvement opportunities. Help redesign future-state processes and document them in process maps. Review analyze and resolve moderately complex process engineering challenges involving multiple factors. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet Process Engineering deliverables. Apply strong understanding of process engineering policies compliance requirements and best practices. Provide direct support for the development of RIA Solutions-specific process documentation. Required Qualifications 4 years of Process Engineering experience OR equivalent via: related work experience consulting background training military experience education Understanding of process mapping standards. Ability to operate in moderately complex environments with multiple variables.
