ResponsibilitiesYour Role:The Process Engineer role is responsible for supporting manufacturing by defining assessing managing implementing improving or revising processes. The Process Engineer will work toward the goal of improving safety efficiency of operations and the consistency of product quality. The individual will monitor the effectiveness of processes and equipment by quantifying performance results through data analysis field observations and feedback from the manufacturing team on the floor and presenting the findings to management. This position will provide technical critical thinking skills and direction to drive continuous improvement and solve chronic process and equipment issues. The role is responsible for creating updating and training of standardized work processes for current state and future expansion.
