Key Responsibilities Optimize existing manufacturing processes for efficiency cost reduction and quality improvement. Design develop and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process deviations and failures. Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation including SOPs and work instructions. Utilize statistical process control (SPC) and other data analysis techniques to monitor and improve process performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new processes and resolve production issues. Lead continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemical Mechanical Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering. 3 years of experience in process optimization troubleshooting and continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis and statistical process control (SPC). Demonstrated understanding and application of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies. Experience with process design scale-up and implementation of new manufacturing processes. Knowledge of relevant industry safety standards and quality management systems (e.g. ISO).
