Key Responsibilities Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency cost reduction and quality improvement. Design develop and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment. Analyze process data to identify root causes of issues and implement corrective actions. Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation including SOPs and work instructions. Collaborate with production R&D and maintenance teams to support operational goals. Lead continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma. Ensure processes comply with safety environmental and quality standards. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemical Mechanical or Industrial Engineering. 3 years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment. Proven ability in process optimization root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma). Proficiency in data analysis statistical process control (SPC) and process simulation tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex manufacturing challenges. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
