OverviewThe Process Improvement Engineer plays a key role in building a culture of continuous improvement across the this role you will collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and lead process improvement projects that drive measurable results. You will support teams in every department as they adopt Lean Six Sigma Process Mapping and Change Management tools to enhance efficiency reduce waste and strengthen overall performance.This position is hands-on and relationship-driven. You will partner closely with leaders and staff to implement practical solutions embed improvement methodologies into daily work and ensure sustainable outcomes. Success in this role requires strong communication skills a collaborative mindset and a focus on delivering exceptional service while building trust across all levels of the organization.Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pmLocation: Applicants must reside in the UPH geogrpahy of Iowa Illinois or Wisconsin.
