This position involves overseeing the development implementation and adherence to processes that improve workflow and reduce operational bottlenecks. By closely monitoring performance metrics and collaborating with various departments the Process Lead ensures that the organizations standards are met and that continuous improvement strategies are in place. Candidates must reside on the Eastern side of the United States.
