Data Entry Specialist - Crew Bloom (Remote)

The Data Entry Specialist provides administrative support to the underwriting department, entering insurance policy information and documentation into company portals for insurance brokers.

Job Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter data into company portals.
  • Communicate professionally with Managing Partners & Brokers to acquire missing documents or address submission omissions.
  • Complete other projects assigned to support the underwriting team.
  • Review policy documents and submissions for accuracy.
  • Review submissions for adherence to underwriting guidelines.

Requirements
  • Prior experience in data entry or a similar role.
  • Proficient in using data entry software and tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time?management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Technical and work environment requirements: Internet connection (primary 15?Mbps, backup 10?Mbps, backup operational during power outage); primary device (desktop or laptop with at least Intel Core i5 or equivalent, 8?GB RAM); backup device meeting or exceeding Intel Core i3 processor, functional during power interruptions; quiet dedicated home office space; peripheral smartphone for communication.
