Process Welder at Express Employment Professionals

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM Saturdays: 8-10 hours

We are seeking an experienced First Process Welder for a day shift position. This role focuses on putting root passes in cylinders using MIG welding and completing hot passes with Fluxcore. All welds are held to 100% X-Ray quality standards.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow into a Combo Welder role working with MIG, Fluxcore, and Subarc welding processes.

Responsibilities:

Perform root welds on cylinders using MIG welding

Complete hot passes using Fluxcore welding

Produce high-quality welds that meet 100% X-Ray inspection standards

Read and interpret welding symbols and fabrication drawings

Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Work efficiently in a fast-paced production setting

Requirements:

Previous MIG and Fluxcore welding experience required

Experience welding cylinders or pressure vessel components preferred

Ability to pass weld tests and meet X-Ray quality standards

Strong attention to detail and quality

Dependable and motivated to grow into a Combo Welder position

Must be available for overtime and Saturday work
