By combining the strengths of Super-Pufft Snacks USA and Shearers we anticipate enhanced operational efficiencies improved supply chain capabilities and increased geographical reach.Food Processor Machine OperatorNight Shift : Sunday to Thursday - 11:00 pm to 07:00amPay rate -$19.60 per hour plus a .80 shift premiumYour seat at the best snacks table:Set up and operation of industrial food processing equipmentFollow precise recipes and work procedures monitoring and adjusting processing variablesPerforming product quality tests and data collectionMonitor fryer temperatures and oil temperatures to ensure proper oil temperatures are met in order to maintain consistency in product.Cleans and changes slicing heads every hour to guarantee standard slicing consistency.What you bring to the party:Language Skills Must be able to read understand and effectively communicate to team members in immediate areaMathematical Skills Must be able to do simple math conversions and use formulas to compute run ratesReasoning Ability Ability to apply common sense understanding and carry out written or oral instructions.Troubleshooting Skills Must have ability to work through problems backwards to find root causes and address issues.Computer Skills - Must have basic computer (Excel Word PowerPoint) skills required to run production.If hired you will be required to be available and flexible to work overtime weekends and holidays.If hired you are required to attend training from to 3.00pm for atleast 2 to 4 weeksOur Address: 705 W.
