Job DescriptionJob DescriptionResponsibilities & DutiesProcess purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.Review and evaluate purchase requisitions, invoices, and orders to ensure accuracy and compliance with standard procurement procedures.Match invoices with related purchase requisitions to facilitate accurate and timely payment processing.Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.Work closely with the accounts payable department to ensure that all invoices are paid on timeMaintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while managing multiple tasks and performing data entry.Enter procurement data and oversee routine updates and maintenance of vendor records.Apply working knowledge of procurement processes, including the creation of purchase orders, vendor selection, contract administration, and interpretation of contract terms.Communicate with suppliers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions and explain information.Perform additional job duties as assigned.Education and QualificationsHigh School Diploma with a minimum of 3 years of office or administrative experience required.Proficient in general office duties, including data entry, use of computer applications, and effective collaboration with team members.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Comfortable utilizing technology to support and enhance procurement processes, and adaptable to process improvements.Highly detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure.Self-motivated and resilient, with the ability to work independently and in a team setting.Resilient, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure.Strong attention to detail is required.
